• Front yard lawn mow, weed eat, edge, and blow
• Front yard beds are checked once per month for weeds
• Front yard bushes are trimmed per request as needed
• Front yard fertilization & weed control

• Back yard mow
• Backyard fertilization and weed control, fire ant  spray, shrub and plant replacement, sprinkler services, and seasonal flowers 
• Mulch is not included in front or back beds
• Christmas light installation

(All of these landscape services can be added on and scheduled per your request)

Weed & Feed schedule as follows:

Round 1: Jan-March: Pre and post-emergent herbicide to prevent germination of crabgrass and other spring weeds.

Round 2: March – April: Apply a granular fertilizer to green up and promote growth. Also, treat weeds as needed.

Round 3: May – June: Apply our custom blend granular fertilizer to promote a healthy root system for the upcoming summer months. Also, treat weeds as needed. Also, it is time to apply grub control, at an additional cost, to prevent damage to your lawn.

Round 4: June – August: Summer granular fertilizer. Also, treat weeds as needed.

Round 5: September – October: Apply a liquid pre-emergent and post-emergent to prevent winter weeds.

Round 6: October – December: Apply a granular sulfur application to regulate soil PH to optimize nutrient uptake by the grass root system.

Additional Services Available: Soil testing, disease control, year-long fire ant control, shrub program to protect your landscape plants, and core aeration to reduce soil compaction and create a stronger root system.
